Shipping and Returns
- Your item will normally be dispatched the next business day after payment has been cleared.
- Stock levels are always monitored closely to make sure that there is always stock of every items but there are time we do run out and new stock wouldn’t be too far away.
- Most items will be sent via couriers or Australia post either way a tracking number will be sent once your item is sent and will be sent via the email provided.
- As a buyer you have full responsibility to supply us with a correct postal address and mobile number and any other details required in the checkout area.
- Please note using a PO box is not recommended due to the fact of length and weight requirements if you have a physical address that you can use instead we highly recommend this.
- A re-delivery fee will be charged to the buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect postal address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- You may return your product within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you provided that products returned must be in the original unopened packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.
- Any opened packaging will not be accepted to be returned.
- Under no circumstances will we refund monies before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
- We may refund by credit card or direct deposit.
- Refunds take approximately 5-10 days by credit card or direct deposit.
- In order to obtain a refund you must first return the product(s) at your own cost.
